56021 is a UV curing low number/sun lenses acrylate, ready to use in our flow type high strength UV curing equipment UV-9601 system, which, effectively, boosts the production speed to 3,600 pcs/hr (20,000 pcs /day or 500,000 pcs/month). Comparing with traditional thermal baking type resin, it is formulated to shorten the dry speed by thousands of times, which simply means electricity saving and environmental protection. As a result, it allows the production to achieve higher efficiency at lower cost. This product belongs to a new generation of resin for lenses and it is easily processed for rimless glasses while maintaining similar characteristics with traditional thermal baking type resin. Note that Bisphenol-A content of this product is in accordance with United States California 65 standard (CP65 standard).
